To Cancel an Order


Due to our quick ship policies, an order may be cancelled via [email protected] or 888-629-4869 within 1 hour of purchase. A 5% credit card refund will be charged if necessary.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)


Products requiring repair under warranty or being returned for a refund are processed with a RMA.

Return for Refund


  • Items must have been purchased within the past 30 days.
  • The items must be unused and in the original package.
  • All refunds will be credited to your method of payment minus a 20% restocking fee.

To submit a RMA


  • Login to “My Account.”
  • In the “Track Your Recent Orders” section, click on the “View Details” link for the order requiring an RMA.

  • Once in the order, click on the "Request a RMA" button.
  • Choose the number of items you wish to return in the “Order Items” section.
  • In the “Order RMA Options” section, choose the Reason for the return and whether it is a refund or a repair.
  • Add any additional comments in the “Comments” section.
  • Once done, click “Save RMA Request”.
  • An email will be sent to you to confirm receipt.
  • A second email will be sent to you with shipping instructions.
