How is my purchase shipped?

Your purchase is shipped via FedEx Ground. 

Where is my purchase being shipped from? Will I be charged customs fees and duties?

All products are shipped from our Oakville, ON office. No customs fees or duties are added.

When will I receive my purchase?

Typically packages are delivered within 1 to 10 business days, depending upon the point of origin and final destination.

May I order by phone?

Yes. Please call 888.629.4869. If you would like to leave a message, please dial extension 1000. We will do our best to get back to you right away.

May I pay by cheque?

Yes. When on the checkout page, in the "Chose one payment method" section, select "Cheque" and check out. Your order will be recorded as unpaid until a cheque is received at our office* and clears the bank. At that time, you will be sent an email notification that your order has been shipped.

May I ship my order to another address?

Yes. When on the checkout page, in the "Shipping Information: section, uncheck "Same as Billing," then use the dropdown menu to select "new address" and enter the new address information in the form. 

May I cancel my purchase?

Yes. Due to our quick ship policies, an order may be cancelled via [email protected] or 888-629-4869 within 1 hour of purchase. A 5% credit card refund will be charged if necessary.

How do I get more information?

There are several ways to acquire the information you may be seeking.
  • If you need more information about a particular product, on each product page under the product title, look for "QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS ITEM? ASK HERE." You may submit a question, and you will be alerted via email when it is answered.
  • If you need more information about your account, order, or to ask about a product we don't have listed, please submit a request. On your "My Account" page, scroll down to "My Requests" and use the +ADD REQUEST link on the right.

How do I update My Account Information?

Click on "My Account" in the main menu. When you log in using the "Returning Customers" fields, you will be taken to your account page and will find options to make account information changes on the right-hand side.

Do I have to open an account?

Yes, if you wish to place an order. You can browse products without an account.

How do I print a receipt?

Log-in to your account. Click on "View Details" beside any order you have placed. A copy of that order invoice will load. Click "Print Version."

How do I view my order history?

Log-in to your Account. To the right of the heading, "Track your recent orders." click "VIEW ALL."

How do I reset my password?

Log-in to your Account, enter your email address and click "RESET MY PASSWORD."
